This assesses whether a project is worth starting or not. Here the information is gathered about the requirements of the proposed application. The development and operational costs and the value of benefits of the system are also estimated.
Planning
If the feasibility study indicates that the project is feasible then project planning can start. Here we create an outline plan for the whole project and a detailed one for the last stage.
Project Execution
The project now gets executed and the execution contains the design and implementation of sub-phases.
